You know doesn't it
seem like whenever you need to do something, that that is the
exact moment when you don't want to do anything. Like this weekend,
I had all kinds of shit to do, and was more than ready to complete
my tasks, till the actual weekend arrived, then BAM!, the lazy,
no account, beer drinking, couch hugger that I am plopped down
and didn't really get up for the whole duration of my weekend.
I did get up to go see Hollow Man (it's good, but not as good
as I thought it would be), and that just about did it for me.
I think a certain amount
of laziness is expected in our society today. Think about it,
don't you spend most of your days at work thinking of ways to
get out of work. Then you get off and trudge off to do what little
errands you are spreading out over the week. Pretty much the whole
day is spent in the pursuit of the lethargic hour when you get
home.
Am I bitching, hell
no, I like being lazy (don't we all), but I do know when it is
time to get the job done and rise to the occasion. See we're all
lazy (or want to be) its just the people who stay on their ass
when something needs to be done that we call bums. All that crap
i said I had to do this weekend, it can all really wait, it's
probably easier on me to do them now, but the computer was running
tits, the beer was ice cold, and my chair sucked my ass in. Needless
to say this was way more fun then doing stuff I have to.
Kinda funny when I
look at it sometimes, you see, I can never understand things like
the labour strikes. You don't ever see the Pizza Hut team out
front with signs do you, hell no, the only ones I ever see are
the guys like the auto workers or pilots. These dickheads, that
make about 20 bucks an hour , are the ones you see walkin the
line whining about how bad they've got it. Don't pull that "if
it wasn't for Unions" shit on me. The Unions were a great
thing to organise the work force in its day, but these days (most
of them) are political machines, feeding and running on its members
dues. We will always, as a country, need a Union type work force.
It's human nature to use the little guy and these organisations
make the little guy a little bigger. Ahhh isn't that sweet; enough
bullshit all of you Union leaders out there, start pulling for
the little guy again and don't worry about if you could be Mayor
or not (one job at a time).
I see Documentaries
on the Chinese and other Asian countries and am amazed at their
work ethics. These people work hard and are proud of their work.
Am I a communist, no don't be stupid, it's just that I have seen
in my life the American pride that used to be in everything we
made go away. It is being replaced by a feeling of "I don't
make enough". That is really sad. Just think what it would
be like if we made the import/export taxes equal to what all of
these other countries are charging us. For a while we would have
to live without those cheap electronic things we love so much,
but in the end our work force will grow and so will the pride,
again. Yes I know there is a lot of stuff between the above plan,
but I don't think you have enough RAM for me to go into it (may
be some other time).
Our foreign relations
are always great, their great because we don't charge anybody
shit to get their crap into our country for sale, but they charge
us a shit load to get it into their country. Sounds like they're
making it on both ends doesn't it? We buy their stuff, then we
pay them to buy our stuff (is it me or is that just dumb?). Now
I don't claim to be no political or governmental analyst, but
if it's obvious to me then maybe we should look at the hiring
standards for those positions (or massive drug testing).
One more thing i am
a little sketchy on, what is this deficit thing? How the hack
can we be broke when 3/4 of the planet owes us a shit load of
cash? The only people to pay us back was Mexico (way to go guys),
all the other debts are still out there. Now if your buddy owed
you $1,000,000,000,000, and you were about to put your mother
or father (older generation) in a home because you didn't have
the money to take care of them, wouldn't you be lookin to kick
some ass? I know I would. Shit know we have the ability to collect
a debt (example=Yotamaster vs. the I.R.S.). I know I paid mine
when they asked.
"It's never easy",
I hear that all the time, but what if it is? What if it is as
easy as saying no, or asking for our money back? Maybe that term
is one of those Government subversion tactics, you know like how
they make all of those Alien movies to help us become accustom
to the Alien idea so they can integrate us when the mother ship
lands. "It's never easy", has a certain "sorry
bout that whole Vietnam thing" ring to it doesn't it.
Well I guess that's
enough for this run, besides there's some guys in suits with ear
pieces at the door (wonder what they want? Probably just Mormons)
Till later then, remember
an idea without action is just a thought.
